PROJECTS

SEL has recently been awarded MEP works at Intercontinental Hotel (Islamabad). We are carrying out same works at Serena Hotel Extension. We have recently completed MEP system at a very prestegious project Park Lane Tower (Lahore). The structure consist of residential appartments, offices, shopping mall and underground parking. Also, we have completed HVAC and Plumbing works at Laboratory Building - Agha Khan University Hospital and Bahria Complex 3 (Karachi) and ZAVER Pearl Continental Hotel (Gwadar). Furthermore, we are members of AHSRAE (Pakistan Chapter) and HVACR Society, Pakistan.
